Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up over the phone and by email with all assigned prospects to determine interest based on web visits, download activity, demo requests, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing and sales campaigns as directed by sales management.
• Establish contact with existing clients on a quarterly basis to check in with accounts, uncover any pain points and recommend service improvements based on pain points and/or upgrade opportunities.
• Establish contact with non-existing clients to discover new sales opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Document all activities and communication to prospect/client in CRM.
• Account Executive is responsible for closing sales opportunities.
• Maintain and exceed lead input sales activities targets - Ex; Outgoing calls, demos performed, proposals sent, referrals captured, etc.
• Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

Qualification Requirements –

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience; 3 years of business-to-business sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skilled written and verbal communicator with tenacity to overcome objections and probe for vital information.
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for the science of sales and for Data Dimensions:
• Demonstrated results-oriented performance.
• Self-starter and self-reliant.
• Exceptional multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Experience functioning both independently and within a sales team environment.
• Ability to travel overnight and full weeks, at times with short notice, as dictated by business needs.
